Alterations to Lots

Prior to commencing any alterations, modifications, extensions or demolishment that may result in any changes to the external appearance of a private lot, the owner/s MUST apply for and receive formal approval from the Owners Corporation. Examples are for the installation of additional split system units, solar panels, awnings, blinds/ shutters, installation and removal of permanent external fixtures such as barbeque/ outdoor kitchen, fireplaces and colour changes of private property. If you are unsure if your proposed alteration or modification will require approval refer to the application form or please contact our office to confirm.
